You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Service. You grant Max Agente a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, and display that content only as necessary to operate and provide the Service. You are responsible for your content and represent that you have the rights necessary to submit it.

The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, belongs to Max Agente or its licensors and is protected by applicable law. Except for rights expressly granted in these Terms, no other rights are transferred to you.

The Service may integrate with or depend on third-party services, such as authentication and messaging providers. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies. Max Agente is not responsible for third-party services.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MAX AGENTE AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR REPUTATION ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold Max Agente and its affiliates harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access, including if you violate these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the location of our principal place of business, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
